Lola's Beach Cantina

First time here for dinner, we have been here before for brunch and it was delicious. My wife's shrimp with creamy chipotle sauce was amazing and I opted for Lola's Burrito and it did not disappoint. I was very hungry walking in and felt very satisfied walking out the door an hour later. Our server was kind, polite and the service was stellar. Background music also had a great vibe, 80s tunes with a jazz twist. Had a great time and we will definitely be back again!

The staff ALWAYS makes you feel genuinely seen, the space is clean and vibrant, and the energy is just lively & effortlessly welcoming. The food is consistently delicious, full of flavor, and perfect for sharing. I am obsessed with the ceviche tower and the red snapper is always a highlight. The bar has serious energy, lively, playful, and perfect whether you’re on a date or out with the crew. From the first step inside Lola’s, it’s impossible not to be charmed. The space pops, the staff makes you feel like royalty, and suddenly your night just got upgraded. You can really feel the love and effort they put into every detail, from the thoughtfully curated menu to the warm, attentive service. It’s obvious they care deeply about their team and the people who walk through the door, and that care shines through in every single visit. Grab your girls, call a date, or just treat yourself. Lola’s is basically a little slice of Norfolk magic you didn’t know you needed.

Burritos are out of this world! I get the Lola’s burrito with shrimp, chicken and beef and it never disappoints. The trio of dips is s great appetizer and the skinny strawberry marg is very good. Great service and will definitely be back!

Lola’s Beach Cantina in East Beach is a great spot, though it leans more toward modern fusion than authentic Mexican food. During the summer, the frozen margaritas are excellent and a huge draw for the area. Since they are on the Resy app, it is a perfect place to use American Express Platinum or Gold credits to get money back on your meal. The service is great and the owners are there every time I go, which shows in their attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients is high and the staff is efficient. It's a solid choice for a high-end beach vibe and getting the most out of your credit card benefits while enjoying a drink.

WOW!!! Not your usual Mexican restaurant. So many unique menu options it’s hard to choose. Service was excellent. Guacamole tasted fresh and definitely made in house. Generous portions. Happy hour drinks and appetizers. If I was a local I’d be a regular!

Came in for a drink and a shared snack. We have a well behaved service dog and no issues. Sat at the bar, great service. Drinks are not cheap- well crafted and a very reasonable value for the price. The hibiscus punch was excellent and not overly sweet. Just a great balance of flavors. Food is similarly not cheap- $19 for the omelet. WELL worth the price, portion size was great, very good steak portion, well made rice on the side (we don't eat beans so can't rate that part). Excellent presentation and ingredients Service is fantastic. Friendly, professional, relaxed.

Beautiful spot with nice and inviting atmosphere! The food was excellent and beautifully prepared. They have the best, most well seasoned guacamole than any othet Mexican restaurant I've tasted. Affordable prices and great service.

The best chile rellano I've ever had, it was with quinoa... crasins on top was the best touch roastes salsa and ranch was FANTASTIC.. service was awesome unfortunately I dont remember their name. top tier mexican food .
